Came across my first shell snapper with my carja bae side mission. Killed it via stealth. Rock boulder cache falling on it took 60% of its health. Setup 2 explosive charges on its trail and gave it the javelin to the face to end its chapter. The mofo was mad as hell looking for me. #stealthgang
Beat it this morning.
But I had a good time with it. They leaned way more into sci-fi this time which is fine but the big bad and their plight were'nt very interesting. Gameplay loop still fun and still rough around the edges with enemies being more aggressive, annoying and spongey. Melee was much improved too.
7.5-8/10 for me. Still got a lot of sidequests to do. They better drop that ng+ quick.
of course my boy Varl got done dirty. I knew his death was coming.

Did the POSEIDON mission and this definitely pushes the game to a new level.
The three Oseraam were fukking hilarious, dude narrating the current events in an epic manner and voice had me
The story of Las Vegas was dope.
Swimming and the level design was fantastic. Let alone the visuals.
The payoff is one of the best I've ever had on a checkpoint mission (not a cutscene, just gameplay and visuals). If Ghost of Tsushima gave you that
moment when you lose your shyt and start cutting people's heads off, this had me in legit awe at the casino lighting up. Legit sat watching my TV with a dumb ass look in my face for like 5 minutes watching the holograms, details, colors, everything. it was fukking perfect

After what main mission can I start traversing the entire map?
you can go anywhere. just some caves require the red flower burnin thing, the mask to breathe underwater, etc. if you really wanted to you could make a run straight to San Francisco if you wanted to. you'd have to swim but you could do it.

You get the flying mount on the wings of the ten mission.
if u wanna be a scum like me you'll skip a lot of missions till you get the sunwing flying mount in the Wings of the Ten story mission n use it to cheese the rest of the shyt.

They deserve some kind of recognition for how they portray black characters and other people of color in this game. It’s like nothing I’ve ever played before. They still have an issue with hair texture for some characters but otherwise…
