I was homeless in NYC...posted on here when I was...2015. Got arrested during that year. Got in a car wreck that year too.

There are a lot of white people and nonblacks that see homeless black people (especially Homeless Black Men) as a nuisance...and to some..as an easy kill for them psychotic Patrick Bateman types.


But yeah...he should be behind bars for murder.

At first I thought this was a random guy but it turns out he was this popular Michael Jackson impersonator who’s always dancing on the train. He was like a fixture on the MTA in the mid-2010s. I’d see him on the A in his MJ fit, dancing to Billie Jean, like every other day. I used to see him walking around Washington Heights all the time too. Damn. RIP

I used to see him on the A train every week. Occasionally I'd see him walking around random parts of Manhattan. Normally he'd do his routine and keep it moving but the last few times I saw him he'd wild out a bit if people weren't responding or giving him money. He was never physically aggressive but he'd say shyt. I thought he was just a street performer and not homeless but I started to think he was dealing with some mental issues because his behavior was getting erratic. He was like 16 years old then so it's a shame he wasn't able to get help. RIP to him.

I'm trying to figure out how he was choked for 15 minutes. If the train was moving they could have just got off. If it wasn't they could have switched cars and avoided him. If they had the option to leave and chose to stay and "restrain" him that's not going to fly legally. Once that autopsy comes back that cac is going to get charged. We'll see how tough he is on Rikers.

i've never been on an NY train. the trains i have been on stopped like every 8-10 minutes. i imagine NY has lots of stops. he choked him for 15 minutes, so for multiple stops?

They likely stopped service once the altercation ensued.

Even without the murder, most on that train were probably pissed at the CaC for making them late. Or service was stopped when dude started ranting and that played into this racist CaC deciding to choke him. Actually that send like a very pertinent piece of information.
