i've never been on an NY train. the trains i have been on stopped like every 8-10 minutes. i imagine NY has lots of stops. he choked him for 15 minutes, so for multiple stops?

I saw this brother once at the Herald Square/34th Street station doing his MJ routine when I still lived there.

And them calling him a hero lets me know they deep down want to kill a black man for no reason whatsoever other than they hate us.

At first I thought this was a random guy but it turns out he was this popular Michael Jackson impersonator who’s always dancing on the train. He was like a fixture on the MTA in the mid-2010s. I’d see him on the A in his MJ fit, dancing to Billie Jean, like every other day. I used to see him walking around Washington Heights all the time too. Damn. RIP

The video, filmed by journalist Juan Alberto Vazquez, shows a man identified as Jordan Neely, 30, ranting aggressively and throwing his jacket on the ground when the commuter intervenes.

Neely reportedly had a history of mental health issues and was homeless. However, according to Mr Vazquez, he had not physically attacked anyone before the passenger intervened.

“The disturbed man did not seem to want to attack anyone,” he wrote in a post in Spanish. “A young man with brown hair and a grey jacket grabbed him from behind the neck and pinned him to the floor while holding him with his legs.”

That man murdered him in cold blood, there's no spinning it any other way. Jordan Neely was abandoned by the state, then essentially murdered for complaining about being neglected by the state by a rogue citizen whose various privileges will protect him from any blowback. I read about this yesterday. In several news outlets it was portrayed that the deceased was menacing people and physically aggressive….
