I was homeless in NYC...posted on here when I was...2015. Got arrested during that year. Got in a car wreck that year too.
There are a lot of white people and nonblacks that see homeless black people (especially Homeless Black Men) as a nuisance...and to some..as an easy kill for them psychotic Patrick Bateman types.
But yeah...he should be behind bars for murder.

I have the minimal amount of Grappling training and know a couple of chokes and have been choked unconscious in training. The only reason to hold a choke that long is to kill someone. He knew dude was passed out but his savage bloodlust kicked in.

Exactly. Rear naked choke can put a person out in seconds. Holding it for longer than that is a death sentence. If you watch carefully you can see that he would apply pressure, and then release, and then re-apply. He was basically playing with him like a cat plays with it's food, taking him in and out of consciousness. Ech time Jordan came to, he wouldn't know what the fukk was going on, and thrash, giving him a reason to reapply pressure and put him back out. This isn't just a murder. It was a calculated execution. He needs to be charged, and the other two "men" need to be charged as accessories.
