As former baseball player, anything over 95 mph is extremely difficult to time. Becomes guessing game, no time to analyze which pitch out of hand. Laying lumber on a 93+ mph is therapeutic. :noah:
Bonds was routine smacking over 95+ pitches like it was nothing…. Majority of the league pitches was too scared to pitch to him

Yup 100%.

"Off speed pitches" in MLB are still HELLA fast. Sliders, curve etc. You just hear some whistle and then the leather pop on the catcher gloves.

Especially nowadays... deGrom was out here treating niiggas to 90+ sliders and changeups with good movement and pinpoint location off of 101 mph heat. I was like "man I remember when there was only a few cats touching 90 with their fastball... now niiggas is out here with 90 with changeups"

1. Those kids weren't ready for that velocity and movement
2. Their swings could be shorter
3. Their anticipation needs work. Get that front foot down earlier. Especially if you have a high leg kick.
