This is an example of how stupid most c00ns are. Eurocentrism is probably the biggest hustle in human history. Eurocentrism, with all the myths and straight up lies that come with it has become the standard as far as history is concerned. It's literally insitutionalized in all western societies. White people jackin the image of Jesus is probably the biggest power move of all time. Socalled "Afrocentrism" isn't instituionalized anywhere and it hasn't been used to oppress a single human being. Whites have rewritten history and used the misinformation as a tool to perpetuate their racism, oppressing non whites for their benefit. Eurocentrism has been used to condition everyone that darker skinned people(blacks especially) are inferior to white or lighter skinned people. You all are only exposing yourselves by showing contempt for those who question Eurocentrism and dare to be "Afrocentric". The same c00ns/crackers in here throwing temper tantrums at the mere suggestions that Beethoven had African ancestry and the Olmecs had African influences didn't say shyt when they were taught that Jesus was white, Columbus discovered America, the civil war was fought to free the slaves, ect.

This thread should've been positive because that seems like what the documentary is about. Socalled "Afrocentrism" isn't about taking every claim by an Afrocentric as fact, it's about questioning Eurocentrism and trying to find the truth. There should be nothing but building in this thread, not tearing down. Eurocentrism tears us down enough. This clown literally ran his ugly ass in here and threw a temper tantrum because cats are taking something positive from a documentary that makes claims that he doesn't want to believe. It's not even about whether Beethoven had African ancestry or if the Olmecs were influenced by people from Africa. It's not about Afrocentrics trying to claim "light brights" or any of that bullshyt. It's about dispelling the lie/myth that white/light skinned people are superior to black/dark skinned people. It's about realizing that a lot of history has not only been rewritten and white washed, but it has also been cleansed of a lot of the African contribution to advancements in human history. White supremacy doesn't differentiate between Africans, it says that anybody who's dark skinned from Africa is inferior. That's the lie that needs to constantly be exposed and dismissed instead of being perpetuated. c00ns perpetuate white supremacy without even realizing it. This idiot is using the same crackers whose job is to perpetuate Eurocentrism, to try and discredit and invalidate information that may contradict Eurocentrism. Why would you look to the same people who have done nothing but miseducate you to cosign information that will combat and expose the miseducation?

The point of this film isn't to fix the white-washing of history, it's to black-wash history. I find that to be equally problematic. Black lies aren't better than white lies, they are lies all the same.

Lol. You ARE trying to steal their culture though.

I can say, that Africans and Natives share cultural similarities. That does not necessarily mean that black people built those heads, that [/b]black[/b] people mixed with natives, that those heads are of black people, etc. That's what y'all have been claiming the whole time though.

The Moai statues look NOTHING like Polynesians. And they actually look like WHITE people. White men. So according to you, it is okay to say that anglo-saxons had a strong presence in Polynesia and that they shared culture?
Moai_Easter_Island_InvMH-35-61-1.jpg

Does that look Asian to you? By your standards/ideas, this can't possibly be an Asian creation. But moreso a white one since it looks like them.

Sertima's theory and you all, have NO proof other than looks. No boats, no DNA, no left African artifacts. etc.

Some Asians are darker, with stubby noses, and polytheistic. Are you REALLY gonna say that they particularly got everything from black people? No you won't, because you know Asians have the capacity, intellectually and financially, to dispute such. Y'all and Sertima only pullin' this on Natives because you know they can't actually deny the shyt or speak up for themselves, just as whites did to Africans.

When you say Afrocentricsts you trying to discredit this theory by saying its only black people who ascribe to this thought. Its not only black people many other experts of different backgrounds believe this as well

How many people has the "black-washing" of history oppressed? The white washing of history has been used to oppress an infinite number of people over hundreds of years. There is no comparison. Again, you can't even prove that the claims of Afrocentrics are lies. You're about as stupid as that Vonc00n clown. Neither one of you know what the fukk you're talking about and it's obvious. You both have the same bytchmade agenda, to shyt on and attempt to discredit information that you don't want to believe.

Different cultures around the world had similar ideas and concepts....not a hard thing to comprehend. Based off these pictures, should I start to claim that Indians are responsible for the Mayan civilization?

Wrong. Its always been a combination of the statues, the artifacts, painting, clothing, structures with too many similarities to African culture to be labeled a coincidence which is why many black and none black experts ascribe to this theory

You have to get to the root on which culture predates which. The similar African structures predates both. start there then talk about the cultures expanding

We aren't concerning ourselves with oppression in this discussion, we are concerned with separating facts from sheer fantasy.

You guys aren't even presenting these ideas as theories, you are presenting them as FACTS....if you're going to do that then you're going to have to come up with better arguments than "big lips and afros," and your retorts are going to have to be something more than ad-hominem attacks like "c00n."

When films like HC2 trot out garbage like "dravidians are untouchables" then hell yeah I'm going to call those lies, because they are absolutely false.

No, you could listen to the theory on the DVD in the first place....that a culture with those ideas, concepts, architecture, art forms... started in Africa and then those black people "went on the road" and due to climate change and invasion there appearance changed.

Let's stop the BS. Prove me wrong. Show me the AFRICAN artifacts that were found in America. Not the ones that look similar too, or have the same concept as... but the actual artifacts.

Similar statues are found around the world. And the statues/artifacts you all are claiming as proof (pyramids, masks, etc.) aren't even made by the west Africans, but Egyptians who wouldn't have been able to commit the sea travel that you claim and who also had no desire to explore towards that way because the land was dry and wouldn't be able to provide food/sustenance for a journey needed to get to the other coast of Africa.

Clothing? Aboriginals in Australia wore the same shyt. And the ones in the Pacific Islands as well, which is all more of an indication of climate and available livestock/vegetation rather than travel.

And there are a plethora of Blacks and non-blacks who DON'T subscribe to this shyt so that point is moot.
