I'm sure it's mainly executives crying because all their benefits are going to be removed. Reduced salaries, no more flashy whips, expensive business trips with big per diems etc.

This is false I'm in Uganda and this aid goes to organizations like world vision and other clinics etc.

This is the same baseless "concern" behind the belief that social programs disincentivizes working. Is progress being hindered when USAID and Pepfar saves millions of lives? This isn't about that, anyway.
