Nas Pac and Jay in my top 3 all time, and none of their top disses is close to NLU. The man literally filed a lawsuit against his label over the song, crashed out beefing with LeBron, Derozan, made him make "Wah Gwan Delilah" had HBCU Bands, Old ladies, young children, Latin communities, Jewish communities, performing the song, broke several of Drake's records, and even made Drake lose his hair. Ether, and Hit Em up did nothing as close to that even though those records is classics.

I am comfortable and I love you
Kendrick wasn't coming off a down period in his career like Nas so its harder to compare. Nas was down for the count after Takeover and Ether resurrected him in the eyes of the public and took out Jay. MTG is probably the first track that made me go :scust::scust::scust: since I heard Ether (even more than Story of Adidon). I'd still put NLU in the top 5.

That lawsuit says more about Drake being a hoe than the track, if he was gonna take Kenny to court it should've been over Meet The Grahams, the man went after your whole damn family with surgical precision:damn:

U literally can’t compare that. Those songs didn’t even have the same resources or backing. So are we talking about the BEST diss track or the biggest one? Cause there’s a difference. A clear one.
Not Like Us is the besst diss track because of its impact and reach, in my opinion. There’s nothing more humiliating than the entire world chanting “pedo carols” about you. The song is everywhere… inescapable. It’s not just a hit in hip hop circles; it’s a global cultural moment. There’s no running from it.

fukk no. Meet The Grahams was a more scalding record.

I never liked NLU from the jump. From the beat, to the lyrics, to the forced line dance portion towards the end. It always will feel like a softener after MTG.

Also, why are y’all so quick to dethrone diss records that have had longevity and relevance for decades.. over a record that spoke about what the masses have alluded Drake of doing for years :skip:

Talking about social media is pointless considering Not Like Us took off hours before it became a social media phenomenon

And even if social media existed back in the days, hit em up, no vaseline and ether wouldn't have been this impactful either. Not Like Us literally overshadowed songs from the biggest music acts such as Taylor Swift. That shyt wasn't just massively impactful in hip hop, it was a nuclear bomb in music and beyond. At this point it's more than a diss, it's even more than music.

Biggest/greatest doesn't = best

I mean within Pac's own catalog, what's the 'better' song between Hit Em Up and Against all odds?

NLU is most certainly the biggest diss record. If you wanna equate big with 'great' fine. But it's not the BEST by any means.
