I had bad heart pain like 5 months before but kinda felt like heartburn, but that was it. Then boom, it just happened. Luckily my girl was able to drive me to ER.
did you have any symptoms before your heart attack?

What happened when you had the heart attack? What does it feel like?
My shyt used to be like 90-100 just watching TV. Been keeping a close eye on it since I got my smart watch last year. It's been between 70-80 still working to get it down. Gotta get my 10,000 daily steps in.Agreed. My RHR is 66-68 on average.
It was like 75 last month during a high anxiety and stress period

take care of self. i walk nearly DAILY. i had a lipoprotein A test done and it came back with a score of 15 which is optimal. i have a calcium scan tomorrow. my advice to all of you is to walk daily and eat a healthy, balanced diet.
ALSO -- nikkas need to start taking OMEGA 3. get it in your food OR order it. i take nordic natural for self, a good amount of EPA/DHA. my HDL score is at 58. 60 is optimal. i give it to my 3 boys as well.
watch what you eat and walk daily if you can.
get your blood work done regularly and take a calcium scan.

It's kinda a crazy story. It was a Saturday night and me my girl stayed up watching movies and chilling. Well we went to bed and had sex and I went completely soft and couldn't finish. That had never happened and had me confused as to why. Went to sleep after that and woke up at like 2:00am with what felt like somebody stabbing me in the middle of my back with a knife.
I went to bathroom and took meds (bayer) and threw up which I learned is a VERY common sign that your chest pain is a heart attack. Well after some time, I couldn't take the pain and went to hospital. They did an EKG and I remember the nurse read it and hit the 
. Well surgery prep began after that.
How much sunlight do you actually get? Im not going to tell anyone to get off their meds. But i have told you all countless times about the impact of melanin. You need to make it a point in your life to get sunlight. As serious and routinely as you take those pills? Thats how you need to be getting sunlight. No disrespect to your doctor,but he doesnt know everything

My cousin had a heart attack two years ago. Same thing happened to him. During sex
I went to the ER last week. All bloodwork was normal but I was dizzy and nauseous as fukk. They gave me nausea medicine
She did an EKG then too. It was all normal. Weird.
I’m thinking my blood pressure is low or some shyt. I’ve recently lost weight and I’m thinking that it has to do with that. Calling my doctor tomorrow.
