My ex crack head uncle has been living with that for a few yrs. He's a lot better now. I think energy drinks fukked him up. He stumbled on em and thought they were amazing and gave him a lot of energy. I told him they were bad, especially for someone his age. Then he started getting fluid build up and feeling weak.

Doing alot better. My doctor is saying my prognosis is to live to be an old man. I'm on Entestro now and that stuff has me coughing non stop though

Yeah cardiac rehab classes and a pretty balanced diets. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I didn't go crazy with it though and still treat myself at times though.

Had a homie that ballooned up to 450 pounds and got diagnosed with heart failure at 35. He's 40 now and still kicking. Lost 100 pounds in the last year. Doesn't get anywhere near as tired walking/going up steps.

I don't know your circumstances, but nature/time is ruthless if we don't use what was given to us. Keep pushing. You can beat this.
