That’s crazy. Is it because of your diet?

Doctors think it was hereditary from the tests they ran

Wishing you the best breh. What are your eating habits? What the docs recommending you to eat? What's your cardio like? It might be also stress too.

Doctors recommending low sodium diet now and not much beef, fried foods, or proceeded foods. Cardio was LACKING but I did bike work once a week at home.

It's one of my bigger fears about aging. I hear it's genetic though. It's lame how some people can eat whatever and be lazy and be fine until their 70s, whereas; others can be great eaters and active but still be knocked out by cardiac arrest, arythmia, and other heart failures in their 50s and 40s .

I was reading about skinny, healthy grover Washington dying from this sht in the 90s and it low key made me angry. From what I hear, your youth masks the issues, but they were always present even before symptoms and failed tests.

Stay strong @Born2BKing . I have a grandfather who got hit in his mid 50s, and they put him on a 12 pill daily regimine that forstalled the progression and he is still going strong today. And he kept a mediocre diet and minimal exercise til this day. Crazy as it sounds, I truly think it's the science that will save us. Just get your lipitor and other drugs, and you'll be fine. You can't eat and exercise your way out of structural issues with your heart. Don't dodge those meds

It sounds hereditary. I would turn vegan if you got that many dietary restrictions

Thanks breh. I am on 8 meds now which I have to take in the morning and evening. It's interesting that you mention the advancements of medicine, because my cardiologist said I would have been dead if this happened 10 years ago. That really put things into perspective. I am just hoping my organs get the blood flow they need until my heart gets a bit stronger.

I've been diagnosed with congestive heart failure when I was obese. I couldn't walk upstairs with feeling like my heart was going to burst out my chest.

I've been on oxygen and all that. I would put my oxygen mask on and ride a recumbent come until I started walking then eventually running.

I would sprint from a light pole until the next then walk. I have one ventricle that doesn't pump right. I'm no longer on any heart medication. I take my cardio serious. I've built my heart strength up.
Another way to strengthen it up is setting an incline on the treadmill high and walking.

40 and my cholesterol was slightly high but nothing crazy. And yes I have a family history on both sides. My grandfather passed at 42 from a heart attack. :mjcry:
Loom into Dr Esseltyn and the WFPB no Salt/Oil/Sugar diet. Im fat and have really bad heart attack anxiety and been trying to incorporate a more heart healthy diet into my everyday life.., everything I’ve read about going plant based and cutting out oil seems to indicate a extremely high improvement in cardiovascular health (Esseltyn claims his diet will reverse heart disease but I think that’s pure cap).
