Yeah that lawyer was awful. I wonder what kind of shyt she was into that made her keep demanding her clients to bring her thousands of dollars in cash all the time. Very fishy. Plus the way she fukked up the 1st trial was dumb as hell and could've easily been avoided

Hmm wouldn’t say won, but they seemed to have Jay backed in a corner.
However she caused a mistrial by her own cause.
Remember the jury heard her shout out “Its hard to be quiet when I am being called a liar” a jury member then asked the judge will the Lawyer be replaced as she is a liar. Thus causing a mistrial.
In the 2nd trial she didn’t do too well.
Her tactics seemed strange, when you listen to the cross examination about the dates Jay said he knew about the murder she was going around the houses and not making very clear to the Jury that Jay lied about the dates on various occasions. She was taking slow and not delivering a blow or punch, just lots of words and not going anywhere.
She never called in Asia who stated she was with Adnan was with her in library at the time.
She never queried the timeline regarding the cell towers as it didn’t match.
She then also said that the cell tower records cant be accurate as the phone used by the expert was an Ericsson.
The make of a phone doesn’t make any difference, she should have known this.
Anyway EP11 out now.

Jay knew where Hae's car was, and he knew she was strangled. Now how does he know this? Its either he killed her or he received the information from the person who did.
Jay certainly implicates himself as an accomplice and makes it known the he had contact with Hae's corpse. If he were going to frame Adnan, he would have no reason to reveal that he was involved in helping him dispose of the body. So that leads me to believe that Jay is telling the truth about Adnan killing Hae.
And then there is the fact that Adnan never attempts to contact Hae after Jan 13 which is extremely suspicious. Adnan does not send even a single page to her. Why? Because he knows she is dead.
But they definitely did no have enough evidence to convict Adnan. He caught the short end with that trash ass lawyer.

Good points! I found today's episode frustrating. Are they going to address the quotes from the teaser at the end of episode 1? I felt like this would've been the ep to do it.
“Basically threatened me, like, you know what happened to Hae. This is what's going to happen to you. That's how I felt that day.”

It was the worst of the season IMO.The part about the stealing from the mosque has been online for a while now, and IMO it doesn't have any relation to someone's capability for murder. I do think the psychologist part was kinda cool, but he didn't say much that I didn't know, apart from the "cool down period" before murders in the heat of passion.
My guess is that she had an angle planned that was derailed based on the new info that she got in October, and the big rumor and/or something else didn't pan out anymore, so she had to shift away from it. She wanted to keep it going and now next week is the finale.
There's a chance she has some big piece of info ready to go, but I don't think so. I have a feeling that it'll end in a gray area.
