WTF. How are you going to allude to the damning rumor and then not even tell us what the fukk it was??? :leostare: I'm still leaning toward Adnan being guilty.

I think she straddled the line. I think her original intention was to tell the rumor. Once the show started catching up to real time, or real time started catching up to the show, and she got the huge revelation in October, I think she decided it might not be ethical to state the rumor. Something like that. Plans changed. But since people online (reddit) already knew some rumors, I think she had to address the fact that there was a big one.

Plus she also might have to worry about libel at this point if it's not true, especially with how much attention is on the podcast. Either that or she read his letter and felt bad about saying the rumor. I don't know. I wish I knew what it was. I hope we find out either through the podcast or online, but I think she could have said what it was without actually making it seem as bad.

I might be wrong though. I definitely believe when this thing started that she intended to play the rumor, based on the teaser clips that never aired that we got back in episode 1, unless they'll be on the finale (which I doubt).

EDIT: I'm starting to think he was involved too. At least that he was a part of it. I don't think he's as innocent as I did early on.

Foolishly, I started hoping that we might get some answers, since the episode started off with some new concrete info. Oh well. It wavered off back into "who knows" territory. one one hand I can't call it either. I think she thinks he did it, or was at least involved, but she still would acquit him. I'm inclined to agree. I just think that like the producer said, there's just way to much bad luck for Adnan in order for him to not be involved whatsoever.

After listening to last weeks episode I had my doubts about the finale but I have to say I really enjoyed it. I still have no real idea whether or not Adnan is guilty, still I thought this episode wrapped things up pretty nicely.

Don revealing the way Urick yelled at him after his testimony because he didn't "make Adnan seem creepy enough" :mindblown:

I'm kind of torn on what I think about the interview with Jays friend. On one hand he cosigns the fact that Jay knew Adnan did it, on the other hand Jays reasoning for being so worried seemed pretty suspect to me. For starters I don't find Adnan having access to the "West Side hitman" believable though stranger things have happened. Secondly if Adnan has these types of connections and the killing of Hae was premeditated, why not call up one of your hitters? I've always been suspect of Jays claims that he was scared of Adnan.

how can she know who did it? its a real life case not a fictional story

the series clearly should have been shortened to less episodes but since she was doing them on the fly she couldnt have edited it better

also I'm on the "he's guilty" camp
