Line looked pretty damn good in the Bears game, didn't it? Receivers were "open" in the Bears game somehow. Maybe it has to do with the actual QB?

Hill & Troy outperformed him under the same/worse circumstances. JT OSullivan was handpicked to start....now he loses his job to a 2nd year "project"...yet you here still blaming everyone but him.

JT O Sullivan was GARBAGE..NOBODY can tell me NO different.....Troy Smith was cool..but IMO he was NO different then all the other back up QB's..and plus Singletary wasn't opening up the playbook for them to do what they do...

ill take it from a guy who was a qb in the nfl for 14 years, who coached and recruited andrew luck, who watched colin kaepernick in the ncaa for 4 years in the pistol offense under a hall of fame coach chris ault at nevada become the first qb in fbs history to pass for 10,000 yards and rush for 4,000, who drafted him in the second round and has seen him in practices for nearly 2 years now.

im sure last emperor2k who is at all 49ers practices:notimpressed:, who watched all nevada games knows better than harborough right?

As a niner fan i'm kind of on the fence with this movie.

Kap played well against the bears, at home, where their QB was out as well. Teams now have solid flim on him and will force him to beat them with his weaknesses, i think Harbs might be prisoner of the moment here.

Teams have had film on Alex for years and for the most part, have failed on stopping him from getting us a W since Harbaugh took the HC job. What makes you think it will be different with Kaep? It's not like his weaknesses are that much worse than Alex's.

We are still gonna run the ball and protect our QB with the playcalling.

As for Alex, i think if Harbs makes this move we might lose Alex emotionally and it can affect his play if he's put back on the field.

Alex has been benched by every head coach he's had and has come back with no problem. Hell, he normally plays better after getting benched...that's why we have kept him all this time. He always shows us "something" encouraging after everyone has lost all hope in him.

If you seem any of my posts I said of my posts I been saying Harbaugh knows better than me and I trust him of course.

But that doesn't mean I have to be jumping for joy for a guy who has played one good game.

My complaint isn't even about going with Kaep, it's about going with him this late in the season

Thats why he pushed hard for Peyton Manning, He knew Alex Smith wasn't worth shyt, if he had a decent QB with a avg arm they would've been in the Super Bowl last year

Coulda swore those two mishandles by Williams cost us the NFC Championship, while smith went head to head with brees to get us to that game, but yea, ok, our qb cost us that trip to the Super Bowl
