Most blacks that I know in the military now are kind of c00nish, they don't care how many ******s they're called they were just happy to serve with their "brothers"

Tough decision at first but once them checks start coming in it wasnt that hard to make the jump...Have a handful of generations in the Army. Even had an ancestor gain his freedom by fighting in the Civil WarNow we made it bc they paved the way for dudes like me to get accepted into officer programs. Black officers we out here

Must be something in the water where you reside. Most black men and women in the military are using uncle Sam.
Room and board, secure paycheck, GI bill, and paid travel.
Some fall for the okie doke, but I'd wager blacks may be the least patriotic group serving on average. Easily.
It's just a job to most.
