It is BECAUSE OF my knowledge and experience that I hold such wisdom, not a matter of a lack thereof. When you grow up, you too will realize why no Black male or female should be serving in this nations military.

I served but I wouldn't personally recommend it unless you have exhausted ALL other options. but do your homework on what you want out off the experience because it could be years of hell for you

You know what the deal was before you went in, knew you werent going in to fight for some imaginary freedoms, exhausted all other options prior to joining, etc etc.

Theyre the ones i loathe. The ones who have drank all the propaganda and regurgitate all the cliches. The ones who ship their kids off (or encourage it) to the military with beaming pride and tears of joy. Those are the Blacks I despise. Because its 2015. I get where he's coming from but I wont bash those who served..Especially those who did so to get "free" education and travel the world. The same people who spout that BS about it being the "white mans" military are the same nikkas wearing clothes designed by white men/women, food farmed by white men, and homes built by mexi-cacs.

Did you ever have any negative experiences while you were in? I think i've heard of more racism and bs coming from the Army/Marine corps...

I was in the Navy but I worked most of my career with the Marine Corps becuz of my rate (job).

There's some racism involved in ALL branches. I remember this black female CDR telling me about the shyt she dealt with early in her career and that even tho things had simmered down, it was still out there. It was truly one of the first times I had ever had a serious conversation about racism.

The day after President Obama was elected, I was walking into HQ and this guy screams out of his redneck pickup "fukk Obama", I screamed "fukk you" right back to him.

So yeah, it's real. But where isn't there racism these days?
