That's an interesting perspective, but what crime was committed by say - Rodney King Jr. that warranted him to be brutally beaten at the hands of LAPD?

What if an inmate is wrongfully convicted and receives the same treatment?

I don't think it should be as cut and dry as saying "stay away from crime", when those that have sworn to uphold the law abuse it to the furthest extent.

You're right it definitely isn't cut and dry.

The common thread besides alotta officers being fukkboys and prejudice is non-compliance.

Usually people wrongfully convicted are not coming in prison to start trouble. They lay down when instructed, they're trying to get home.

Officers are charged with care, custody and CONTROL. If you deny them this, you open the door to what's supposed to be controlled violence.

So telling an officer you're not going to cuff up, refusing to return to your cell, basically refusing any lawful order opens you to getting that ass kicked. It's not hard to understand.

To clarify my stance, I think those officers should be fired and face jail time because they went too far, they killed him.

But I fully support some inmates getting the paws for non-compliance. Certain inmates need them paws put on them.

What's not serious about my convo? Break it down to me the disconnect?

"Certain inmates need them paws put on them."

I'm sure your dead serious about this. You say it with such glee.

Beating up convicts doesn't change the convicts behavior.

You have to

1) Cripple them permanently

Or

2) Kill them

That's it.

Dude that's willing to buck up in jail ON A REGULAR?

He's not afraid of pain.

There's no fear in him.

90% of the prison population might be afraid of what the COs are gonna do, but 10% aren't.

They didn't GAF in the free world, and certainly don't locked up.

All you can do is break his arm, his legs, his ankles, brain damage...

Beating him unconscious is not gonna help. He's gonna wake up, and unless he's somehow permanently disabled, it's gonna happen again.

Is that what you want?

Cause bruises heal up, and now he's gonna do it again.

No amount of momentary pain is gonna stop him from doing what he did the first time.

So talmbout some of these young'n's don't understand respect - that's some barbershop BS - Simple answers to complex issues.

It's perfect discussion for The Locker Room, but I made the mistake of thinking you were serious about having a discussion of prisons.

That's my mistake, and I won't make it again.

So are we saying, inmates should be allowed to continue the same behavior in prison that got them there?

Should guards only job be to make sure they don't jump the fence and leave? Everything else they do to other inmates is coo?

WHERE IS THIS COMING FROM?

WHAT DID THE MAN DO?

Yeah there are some officers who only fight an inmate if he's cuffed.

Me personally...I tell an inmate we can step in the closet or shower and bump. I've never hit a cuffed inmate. Though the majority of inmates backdown when a fade is offered. Hit you with the "I'm just talking my shyt sarg".

And I've never written a inmate up.

Don't know how long you've been out but do you know getting a officer to hit you is a hustle now? That's a quick $40k if you can get it on camera.

No one hustles harder than a inmate!
