Today I did:

5x5 Squats (42.5kg)
5x5 Barbell Rows (32.5kg)
5x5 Bench Press (32.5kg)

Decent session today :ehh:. Still unsure about my form for Barbell Rows. Also, I'm having minor co-ordination problems regarding bench press. I feel like one shoulder is working slightly more than the other. The problem with being dyspraxic is your co-ordination and balance is not like a normal person's - your spatial awareness basically sucks. So I'm gonna need my bro to spot me a little bit more. I'm handling the weight pretty well though and getting stronger every session. I feel good every time I squat.

Worked late and made all the excuses in my head not to go, then downed a gang of black coffee and went after it.

Ended up annihilating Shoulders and Back then finished it off with 30 minutes low intensity cardio

Haven't updated in a while.

I've stalled a bit on Overhead Press (predictably) and repeated the load today.

5x5 Squats (50kg)
5x5 Overhead Press (35kg)
1x5 Deadlifts (65kg)

50kg is a nice little milestone for me! Did it with ease to be honest. Deadlift was a tad harder. My bro reckons we should repeat the deadlift again, although I'm quite confident I can do 70. My shoulders are feeling the exercise - they seem to be particularly weak so it's probably good to get them used to OHP without killing them completely. I benched (and rowed) 35kg last week quite easily so I'm sure it's not my arms. So far though, I'm enjoying the squats - they're probably my favorite part of the workout! Overall, it's 6-8 weeks since I started going to the gym and I'm enjoying it thoroughly! It's been a really long time since I exerted myself physically and now can't imagine not doing so.
