biked for 30 mins. 189 calories and 5.40 miles

hip/thigh abduction machine

2 x 12 150 lbs.

i felt like sprinting an all out 200 meter run when i walked out the gym. :laugh:

came home, got cleaned up and re-hydrated with bout 1/4 of a watermelon

30 mins. of lifting dumbbells barbells and a couple of sets on smith machines

30 mins. of quality upper and lower ab work

15 min of thigh work ...... gotta melt off a few pounds lodged there. (haven't tasted a pie or cake in two months).

Did back and biceps today

After the warm up

1 x 6 110
1 x 6 115
1 x 6 120
1 x 6 125

Did shrugs 2-3-4x2 plates on each sides 10 reps

Did the pull machine

4 x 8 reps on '200'

Biceps were standard curl
1 x 7 reps 50 dumbbels
1 x 6 55's
1 x 6 60'a
1 x 5 hammer curls for 65's lol

Edit: Half-Full-Half x 5 each with the 25

Haven't updated the thread but here's a mass update:

Went 6 days straight last week with some 2-2.5 hour sessions - would do Chest/Tri's and 75 mins of cardio

Then I got sick for a few days (lost two pounds still :smugfavre: )


Went back with a vengeance yday after not going for 4 days straight, felt like a fukkin eternity

Did Upper Body:

Barbell Bench Press
Incline Flys
Dips
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Presses
Shrugs
Chinups
Hammer Curls

and 20 mins cardio

Gonna hit it again today, probably a longer cardio session and then legs tomorrow.
