I think the sentiment was more about who was the greater threat and less about actual “cowering” in fear of.

But you make a decent point.

It's the brotha that's not scared that they fear. Of course, we know they try to take them out any way possible, but sometimes standing for what's right is more important in the end.

White Domestic Extremist Terrorism in the Last 30 Days:

Over 550 Shot
Over 90 Killed

As I said in the Vegas Thread. This is clearly one of our Biggest Threats because it's in our own backyard. We have to call this what it is. No more Lone Wolf, No more Mental Illness. This is a serious issue that threatens Americans.
We can use platforms such as this and other social media sites BUT until the mass media starts to call it out then nothing will change. They control the narrative as a collective whole.

Things are not broken down as "Americans", it's all politics based on race above all else. The Vegas shooter and this guy didn't pledge loyalty to Isis but in both cases that was the first thing people jumped too.

Why? Because the mass media has it ingrained to the ignorant mass that if you hear of any mass killing in America to automatically blame ISIS. It's really a shame that "journalists" continue to sympathize with these white shooters and cry mental health and lone wolf.

Wonder if the Lautenberg Act would have applied to him since he was convicted of spousal abuse :patrice:

Domestic Violence & The Lautenberg Amendment
Federal law prohibits certain individuals charged with misdemeanor domestic violence from ever owning a firearm. The law is known as the Lautenberg Amendment and was officially enacted in 1996, but it is retroactive so it applies to any individual who meets the requirements no matter when they were convicted. It is important to note that the Lautenberg Amendment does not apply to felony offenses.

The law has three requirements which must all be met in order to apply:
“any person…who has been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.” – 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(9)

1. Misdemeanor:

Must have been a misdemeanor at time of conviction, felonies that were/are reduced to misdemeanors do NOT fall under the Lautenberg Amendment although they may be subject to other domestic violence gun rights restrictions by state.

2. Conviction:

Must be an actual conviction.

This DOES include pleas of nolocontendere, no contest, “nolo” (as long as it led to an actual conviction)

This DOES NOT include:

  • Arrest that did not lead to a conviction
  • Deferred adjudication (TX)
  • Withheld adjudication (FL)
  • Dismissed/non-prosecuted cases
  • Pre Trial Intervention (PTI)
  • Any other alternative disposition
3. Domestic violence:

According to the Lautenberg Amendment, the definition of domestic violence is as follows:
“has, as an element, the use or attempted use of physical force, or the threatened use of a deadly weapon, committed by a current or former spouse, parent, or guardian of the victim, by a person with whom the victim shares a child in common, by a person who is cohabitating with or has cohabitated with the victim as a spouse, parent, or guardian, or by a person similarly situated to a spouse, parent, or guardian of the victim”

terrible situation, but honestly, white people dont even care to fix this shyt

they dont care about ANYTHING, or else theyd address this issue realistically, instead thet make shyt up and never take responsibility

fuxk it, keep killin eachother then, theyre killing eachother and STILL dont do shyt about it

white "pride" but they dont enough pride to be responsible adults amh hypocrisy at its finest

Exactly.

I always get a kick out of white conservatives who'll take issue with BLM and point out what they see as the irony of valuing Black life and then refer to Chicago. Meanwhile, those same white conservatives who are Pro-Life (anti-abortion) are willing to sacrifice their own white children (Sandy Hook incident) and constituents (Vegas massacre victims were Country music fans =GOP Gun Rights types) in the name of protecting their freedom from a tyrannical federal government (which they now control btw).

I think gun rights isn't given the proper description at times because it's damn near a fundamentalist way of thinking much like religious zealots adhere to. A crazy Jihadist will blow himself up in the name of Allah and kill all sorts of random people for the cause. A white conservative will sit back and watch his people slaughter one another and chalk it off as a necessary trade in order to protect his freedom to purchase arms. A sick mentality they have.

They're saying his mother in law attended this church, but wasn't in attendance yesterday, and there was a domestic dispute. They are also saying it wasn't racially motivated, which makes it sound like the majority of people killed were probably Mexican. They wouldn't mention that if they were white. Why mention race when it's intraracial?
