She only has two options...

A) Release a press release via twitter
B) Release a video of her crying and apologizing via twitter

It's gonna be B, in my opinion. How much crying she actually does...who knows. She already has a #1, I'd imagine she already has her label advance money...the grift worked, no matter what happens to her from here on out. On the "bad side" of things, maybe this closes some doors for her. Maybe she had a studio session booked with Pharrell next month, and his rep texts her and says "sorry we're going in a different direction now." Maybe she was in discussions with TDE to open up SZA's upcoming album tour, and the label texts her "sorry that's not happening anymore." Who knows. But as far as I'm concerned she already "won." She got at least six figures from all this, and while she will have to pay it back...she's in position to live comfortably for awhile and maybe keep trying to break thru if she wants. Or maybe she just goes home and runs up the credit card bills.

Beyond the racism shyt, we gotta talk about what really happened: another culture vulture (or troll) managed to enter the public conscious via urban music, reached near immediate fame/success, and was put in position to pivot to whatever they really wanted to do in the first place. We've seen people fail at this (Iggy), but we've seen people succeed. Lil dikky has a critically acclaimed show on FX now. Lil Nas X is out here sleeping on piles of money. And before all this happened, Doja Cat was on her way to a very hot summer that she could trade in for modeling or acting next year. Urban music has shifted from not just promoting lifestyles or products, to promoting careers. It's officially a gimmick you can exploit for dollars and then reach whatever dream you're pursuing outside of its bounds. Think about that...

its a different era

honestly, this might help her. she is THAT popular. this aint no Tinaeshe. I think she has some legitimate longevity to her career. idk why ppl love her so much but she has that "it" factor

that ***** / incel side of the internet knows, deep down she's one of them.

she could easily become a Youtuber or Twitch girl and make millions off meme culture

The point is that she is old enough to know better. She made that track when she was 20 years old. The age between 20 and 30 is where you develop certain political views. This is the basis for when most people develop their political views.
It's not so much her specifically as how I feel about cancel culture generally. She seems like a mess and I won't die on that hill lol

I went to dap him and he shook my hand like a square white boy and then I said, "man I been watching you since Power rangers and then The Shield" and dude really walked away from me midsentence to go talk to some white boys and start laughing and taking pics with them :beli:

I literally stood there like :skip:

This whole thing is sad

Clearly this chick has serious identity issues and hates a part of herself. She needs help but she also needs to be held accountable in some ways

That said, the obsession and vitriol some people have to tear people down, who clearly need help, because they don't like or agree with their choices, is really pathetic.

I feel old and really sorry for anyone heavily invested in this
Feel sorry for yourself in here typing epistles defending this c00n bedwench industry plant.

Above the fray.
Kevin Hart had a staring contest with LGBT and they blinked first.

People don't fear them as much after that.

Dudes have short attention spans/memories to not remember this.

I don’t think it’s black peoples jobs to teach grown people how to love themselves and not be a self hating sambo. But that’s just me :yeshrug:
Yeah, I'm really sick and tired of black people being called on to be a mirror to reflect other races and people's wrongs. I;m actually sick and tired of black people being tasked to unlearn the racism of others period.
