The song title, I learned is a derogatory racist term. However I also listened to it-I can’t hear anything mocking Sandra Bland or Black people as I’ve read repeatedly.
The single vid I’ve seen is her using n with the hard ‘er’ telling someone to suck her d—k, n—r. Then this article. Plus the poster here saying he visited a chat where she was chatting with white guys who said hard ns.
If she doesn’t deal with Black people she def shouldn’t be dropping the n-word soft/in her music but some may think she can simply because she’s half-Black, but I’m not sure where there are other vids or the other claims people are making where she specifically downs Black people. I’m not saying I doubt it but I see way more commentary about it and repeating it than any actual content.
To you it’s weird, indeed. But some people don’t know this, or see it that way. Especially when people start writing that there is a war going on between Black Americans (ADOS/ FBA) and foreign Black people and Black immigrants.

The point is that she is old enough to know better. She made that track when she was 20 years old. The age between 20 and 30 is where you develop certain political views. This is the basis for when most people develop their political views.

They couldn't do this with a white artist...they wouldn't of lasted long. Her being biracial allows for nuance that can be interpreted different ways.
Look at how her fans are making her the victim already.
