I guess it would've been more smart to create a super thread rather than individual threads
https://www.thecoli.com/threads/grilling-bbq-thread-2016.396166/

Someone tag a mod and have them merge, if that's possible.

I'll take stubbs and weber sauce over sweet baby rays.High fructose corn syrup ain’t the wave but imma let you cook ... literally
I just bought a 3.25lb tomahawk steak. Imma grill that bytch, slow cooked.
@UserNameless is correct. Store bought sauces are garbage because they typically are.
I've noticed grocery stores getting some local shyt on the shelves though. Whether it's BBQ sauce, marinara/spaghetti sauce, or jellys and jams (I keep my eye out far local mango habanero jelly, it's the shyt).
You can get good shyt at the store. It usually ain't gonna be brand name but it might be local or regional. If you check the Ingredients they are usually good, no hfcs.
If you check ace/Westlake hardwares they usually have a bunch of local and regional shyt. No big brands like kraft or sweet baby rays.
Don't get me wrong the big brands can save you in a pinch, but there's a huge difference between the kraft shyt and the other shyt. I grew up on open pit before they switched the formula with a bunch of processed shyt and hfcs then switched back. I think there was a national outcry about it then they went back to the og formula.
Bro Walmart of all places stocks some amazing sauces. I found one randomly and I use it all the time it’s called Lillie’s, spicy with nice sweetness that doesn’t overpower.

Hot dogs with a lil charEverything looks great but the hotdogs don't look done at all.... we usually pull them out when they get black..
