Ima do this brisket. And start a 2019 thread. It's tough cause I'm either riding or running. I could do a set it and forget it. But I kind of want to babysit a brisket.

breh, i'm gonna attempt my first brisket after the weekend. i started really getting into this shyt this year. started off with chicken and not bragging but my wings/thighs/whole chicken are the shyt. if it's not a torrential downpour i'm grilling/smoking for damn near every dinner. next i moved on to reverse sear/smoke steaks. it's now the only way i eat steak lmao.

i been getting myself mentally prepared to try out a brisket just to see where my game is. i'll be trying it on a weber 22 so i know i'll be watching that bytch all day. i watched some of the videos on youtube and its dark when they start and still dark when they're finally finishing :lolbron:

what are you going to use?
let me know how it goes.

I always use my Weber 22. I'm pretty sure I have some brisket smoking videos. They might all be in this thread

It just depends what I got going on, usually I start early in the morning. Then by dinner time I'm done.
Where do they sell this?

Walmart. I want to say ace/Westlake hardware.
Lowe's, home depot. You can get the natural lump, or the briquettes.
