I own a Pit Barrel Cooker.

You hang your meats like

I used to have an offset smoker and this blows it away in both taste and efficiency.

It cooks a lot faster, it taste better, and i don't have to sit there and constantly check to make sure the temp stays at 200-250.

On top of the fact that it's only $299.

I'm telling you brehs, get this and you will

What you put on them joints?

Melted cheddar then added some shredded cheddar. Bacon that i put on the grill. Basically i saw arbys loaded curly fries and copied it lol. Had a side of ranch for dippin instead of covering them like arbys does

I gotta try that.
Yo you make your own rubs/marinades? I wanna do a longer cook on my new grill to see how it handles. Maybe a pork shoulder :lupe:

I used a rub recipe i found for when i do shoulders and pork butts. When i do chicken i just throw shyt together lol. Never had a complaint on the food. I gotta check my old phone for that rub recipe and I'll shoot it to you. Only thing i do different with that recipe is add more brown sugar after i rub it down

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne

After u rub it add more brown sugar across it. I usually inject with apple juice and then start spritzing with apple juice and brown sugar mixed

On the package it came out of it was labeled shoulder. It didnt taste like ham so im assuming its still in the butt family. I gotta see if i have another pic of a butt I've done.
