Vice City was beautifully crafted on the PS2; I can only imagine what it could be like on the PS4/XB1. I'd like them to take it back to VC before taking us to a new location, but I wouldn't be mad either way.

I want the next GTA to be set sometime in the future. Imagine a Deus Ex\Blade Runner esc reality with augmentations, plasma based weaponry, Alien gangs , flying cars.

The future is the only innovative place they can go. If they want to touch on popular culture critique from these times they can use future museums or some kind of dialogue to talk about how people *used to be in the past aka our time) to do their critique thing. Future, its the onyl way to go but probably requires more vision because they cant just copy and paste entire cities from google maps.
