I dunno but in my opinion they dropped the ball
They could have used the same graphics and everything and still put out a blockbuster hit
While they prepped for something really special for the next huge GTA

Unless they add a Vice City / Liberty City update to online there's going to be a long wait for GTA6. They making too much money

Build your own Cartel, run drugs, have ranks in your gang, gotta have protection around you because you might get hit etc.
I think someone mentioned on here that the police should have some type of meter. Like if you're at the end of the game and you're a Don or some shyt, you can make calls to get the cops off you and commit crimes without worrying but if you don't pay up then eventually the police meter fills up to the point where they'll send everyone after you until you're dead or in jail. Then if that happens the Feds foreclose some of your businesses and you have to pay way more than what you got it for.
