Is Thompkins getting a role in the new Deadpool movie gonna affect the character's status or was it always going to be a short arc?

In the comics the character is supposed to be Bruce's personal doctor in some interpretations but Alfred has usually had the job off screen.

They will probably be able to work around it since Deadpool is shooting in March and the TV season is almost over and I think they are done shooting Gotham already.

It's Gotham, he'll be in Arkham and break out easily at some point

yea like i said the writers havent made it 100% clear that ol dude is joker since this red hood cat is kinda joker-esque before he fell into the pit
