The firing of they offensive coordinator and hiring bum ass Chan Gailey.

That was all him!
Listen to both the Locked On Dolphins podcast and the 3 yards per carry podcasts. There's is a lot more to this firing than we see on the surface. It has more to do with keeping Jerry Schuplinski, the failures of the running game, Kenyan Drake and also the Josh Rosen deal and philosophical differences between O'Shea and the rest of the organization.

The NFL Network also covered the same story and said the same thing. Looking at it from a fans point of view I say there is more to this and we'll see it all laid out a year from now.

What does NOT make complete sense quite yet is the Gailey hiring. But many feel that Gailey is the OC in name only and it's really Jerry Schuplinski that will be calling plays. Kinda like how the Falcons essentially had 2 OCs this season with Dirk Koetter and Mike Mularkey.

My guess is Fitspatrick stays wether we get Tua or not until Tua is ready to take over.

Does anyone have a list of all the picks we have in the upcoming draft? Including compensation picks

I'm starting to believe they'll go for either Tua or Jordan Love. I listened to the 3YPC podcast and that seems to be the main reason they got rid of O'Shea. O'Shea likes the tall, immobile Tom Brady-esque pocket passer QBs and was supposedly the one that pushed for the Rosen trade.

Meanwhile everyone else (Grier, Schuplinski, Flores) all prefer mobile QBs like That and Love.
