To be fair to Winslow, this year was his true sophomore season. He needs to handle his ball handling and finishing (which he improved on).

I kinda agree. I get being realistic and discussing changes that drastically need to be made but let's cheer these dudes on while we're in the playoffs. We have no picks this year so let's be happy our team is involved in the most exciting and best round of the playoffs so far.

We are what are records said we are, a middle of the road team full of underdogs and heart, that can hang with anyone over a game but who's weakness show up over a series.

Watching Mitchell on the Jazz (I love Bam but ), we're severely lacking in a dude that can will baskets in and Dion was that dude for us. A dude who can go into the zone and hit shots over any type of defense when the offense breaks down.

I still think he's can be a decent piece as a Jrue Holiday-combo guard as opposed to a primary playmaker. I also think his instant offense would have made a huge difference when guarded by the likes of Reddikk or Illaysova switches

Do you honestly think Mitchell would be looking like the way he does on the Heat? He would be a 3 and D guy unless injuries pop off that take out Dion, J-Rich, and TJ for most of the year.

Nah, Mitchell plays defense and hustles enough to get legit playing time under Spo.

Spo has let J-Rich and Winslow run offense in spurts the more capable they got. With how Mitchell attacks and handles the rock plus his motor/attitude, he would have gotten real reps under Spo. He's not talent and no motor.

Kid already has a better offensive skill set than anyone not named Wade on our team. That shyt gets looks and he'd have definitely been given a chance for us this year.
