We gotta let Ellington walk breh. Cant tie up any more money on journeymen, Richardson/Winslow/McGruder should continue to improve their shooting, we can even call back Matt Williams for cheap. TJ definitely gotta go. Of the three bolded I actually prefer to keep JJ, there's always a need for a tough, versatile defender with length. I like KO but if the right deal comes up for an impact player and he has to be used as a sweetener his ass can go too.

Case in point this, we a 40-something win team with a bunch of role players and no cap space. We’re not signing a star(no cap space) nor are we trading for one(little to no assets).

Trade everyone not on a rookie contract for whatever picks you can get, and think long term. The two times we were title contenders were mainly because of our lotto pick(Wade), we likely won’t be title contenders until we’re picking high in the draft.

- At least one of JJ, KO, or Hassan getting traded, possibly 2 of them if you can swing it

Who trading for TJ? Have you seen that contract? People ain't taking Whiteside or TJ unless you throwing in a J-Rich or Winslow to sweeten the deal. He's an undersized combo guard making mad money

Whiteside isn't highly valued in the league. His temperament issues, inconsistency, injury history, contract, and age aren't what GMs value right now when cap space and draft picks to grab multiple stars is the wave.

I legit have no idea what to do with this team. Our cap situation and asset situation is straight fukked. We need to hope that the Suns, Magic, or Kings are stupid enough to give us something. Outside of that, we just gotta role with this crew for a year or two as a treadmill team.

Winslow isnt showing signs of improvement as a scorer. Richardson playing to his expectation, but he isnt a future star that can carry a team.

I hope we can get or find into a generational talent that can overcome Spo soon because Whiteside, Winslow, and Richardson showing that they're not that and we will stuck being average at best for years to come.

I’m not sure there’s a player who can honestly. This team doesn’t really develop players into stars. Besides Wade who obviously played under Stan and Riley before Spo, the most player development we’ve seen out of anyone has been Winslow or Richardson. We also don’t run an offense that’s designed to get good looks so players have to settle for bad shots so I can’t imagine the offense looks much better in practice. Hard to develop in that situation. The fact is that this team just doesn’t prioritize offense. Our staff and front office would be fine with a bunch of Tony Allen and Joel Anthony types all over the roster since they play hard and defend well and the inability to score gets overlooked.

Winslow won't be Butler or PG. But he'll be important for the future of the team

Pessimism aside, the FO should look to extend Winslow for the low this summer. I highly doubt Justice becomes like Butler or even a prime Iggy, but he possibly can be a Otto Porter type.

FALSE.....He shot 38% from three and has much more control when he drives to the basket. He can easily improve to 40%. He was shooting in the 20's his first two years. Next year will tell us where he is at.

A top shelf 3D guy would help so if his ceiling is that the we turned out ok given how bad he was on offense his first couple years. What we need now is a guy who can give us 22-23+ points and 5+ assists a night.

Dude has been playing like a man possessed since the series started. The selective running after a stop has really helped him. I will still crack jokes here and there but I have a newfound respect for him.
