I didn't get a chance to watch the game eirher. Can someone explain, what happened in the 4th?
Wade was forcing some passes to Whiteside and of course he turn them over.
Embiid went the fukk off
Defense struggle again giving up 128 points
Sixers kept hitting 3s
We was playing at there pace for the whole game pretty much and we straight up don’t have the talent to go toe to toe with them like that.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
This was a team loss quite a few players had dumb TO's but I can't take another possession of Whiteside finally getting the ball and he throws up that little weak hook and he gets ripped. Should Whiteside get some more looks? Yeah but you can't keep making excuses for dude saying "he needs the ball in the right position" if he needs all that then that won't cut it

I agree, and the Heat don't do him any favors on his post ups, he's good enough in the post that they should do what the Sixers do which is the backscreen by Saric for Embiid who goes from 1 side of the paint to the other and catches the ball deep in the post and almost immediately starts to go up when he gets it. It results in a foul a lot of the time, and that's something the Heat could run with Whiteside to keep him engaged, get him some easy baskets and maybe pick up some cheap fouls on Saric/Embiid since Saric would have to switch off if Embiid is caught on the pick.

I might’ve missed a lot of games this season, but I never see them run anything like that. There’s a lot of dribble handoffs the team runs for KO and some post up plays for guards, but aside from that it feels like they just run high pick and roll while 3 guys stand and watch and if it doesn’t work they settle for an isolation play or just try that high pick and roll again with a new ball handler. All fourth quarter it felt like that’s the only play they ran and the lack of scoring showed it. 14 points in the whole 4th quarter. It feels like the team never gets easy looks for anyone in the half court.

They run horns a lot, most of those dribble hand offs can turn into post ups for Embiids, but they also use this a decent amount -

I don't think they wanted him taking too much contact last night, but they generally run that play a few times a game. That's something the Heat should have for Whiteside, he's big enough :dame: and strong enough for it to be an effective play for him.

The quote was taken out of context but still his energy and demeanor in game sucks but it still falls on spo for not having plays drawn up for your highest players strength. If he hates whiteside that much at least play him all game to get his value up cause this shyt makes no sense. The regular season is supposed to be where u iron out all of this shyt

Shoot 50% from the FT line in a playoff game, Breh :mjlol:

Get outrebounded and give offensive rebounds on every other possession, Breh :mjlol:

Waste 25 points from Wade, 27 Philly turnovers, and Embiid playing like trash on offense breh :mjlol:
Imagine if this team had a brain and an offensive structure. I think they scored 4 points from 3 minutes left in the third to 6 minutes left in the fourth while hardly moving at all on either end :martin:
