Update on Justise Winslow
The team is playing well WITHOUT Winslow so Spo will take his time to integrate him back into the lineup . As he always does with players coming back from injury but even more so now that he has a rotation that's playing well.
Some people are gonna be pissed when Winslow's minutes are even less than before at first

I don't always trust Rileys player comparisons.
After drafting them he:
As you can see I have reasons to look at this particular comment like
- Compared Dwayne Wade to Gary Payton
- Compared Dorell Wright to Tracy McGrady
- I'm not sure if this last one but I wanna say he compares Daekwon Cook to Ray Allen or something outlandish like that
But again if they loved him in workouts and not the others they worked out you gotta just go with it. Lately it seems the team goes for players that fit heat culture and not just great talents with a few exceptions.

Anyway, time to buyout Waiters
Spo is a good coach. Not many coaches i'd pick over him in the league. Heat fans just hate him because he's very cerebral with everything he does and that doesnt always fall in line with what heat fans want. Spo likes to go with these deep rotations that gives everyone SOME playtime so that key players are fresh 4th quarter. Notice he always substitutes specific players out no matter what the score/situation is in the 2nd and 3rd quarters while putting others in giving maximum rest to those key players so they can come in and push at max capacity come mid-4th quarter.
But his problems are the following:
- He's stubborn and set in his ways. Heat fans will never accept it TBH.
- He's not a very good situational basketball coach in terms of lineup adjustments but he does okay if not very well at drawing plays for key baskets needed.
- He overthinks most things and tries to outsmart other coaches on some "reinvent the wheel" type shyt.

Some people in here already hate me because I only have one foot on the Winslow bandwagon and aint calling for Spo's head because of Winslow's lack of minutes. I still say our starting frontcourt should be Winslow, Olynyk and Whiteside, tho. I just dont believe he's the star in the making we hoped he'd be. I'm passed that stage
We can play well with anybody out except for maybe Dragic, that's the reality of the ensemble approach it doesn't really rely on any 1 particular player.
