Great list, Breh! I can't believe I forgot Kim & Chip Fields.
:snoop:

Bebe Drake (Myra from "Martin") & Grand L. Bush also guest starred. They're #BlackActingExcellence, too!

As silly as Good Times was, several Black All-Stars made cameos or had guest starring roles:
  • Gary Coleman
  • John Witherspoon
  • Paul Mooney
  • Shirley Hemphill
  • Sheryl Lee Ralph
  • Hal Williams
  • Robert Guillome
  • Thalmus Rasulala
  • Leslie Uggams
  • Calvin Lockhart
  • Bubba Smith, and many others.
Even Jay Leno had a cameo.
:myman:
it was one of the only black shows on TV, so they had their pick of the litter.

:unimpressed:Good Times doesn't represent the average black person
It represented the avg Black person more than Insecure

I know you'll disagree but it's true

And nothing about it was portraying Black ppl in a poor light (except JJ when he got flanderized)
