Overall Malcolm was a victim of jealousy, NOI was filled with a bunch of crabs in the barrel's. Malcom was on his way to becoming bigger than them in regards to image and thought process.
Malcolm knew what the noi was and he knew going against the leader would not be tolerated. He should have just left earlier instead of trying to rebel within.

At the end of the day he was punished and did leave the organization though, all of the embarrassment and character assassination should have been it. But as was said before he was getting too powerful while still a member and was only getting stronger once no longer a member

You're saying the NOI was in the right for what they did to Malcolm even though Elijah was being a hypocrite/and probably was before Malcolm even became part of the organization.

Not the first time in history a shook leader/group had a more competent option starched out :manny:. Go ahead and cook tho breh.

Im not saying anyone was right. Malcolm was basically a brainwashed child being pimped till he smartened up.

It disgust me how many people put Farrakhan on a pedestal till today. He's a thug and a con man. Just like his predecessor

You know I hate Swizz Beats but the intro is super dope

also, even though I’m a huge fan of hip hop, they shouldn’t be playing that music in the show, rather, play music from that time period to make it more authentic

We will rise we will rise with the fire in our eyes yeah yeah yeah

Honestly that’s why I never donate a dollar to the nation when I see em downtown selling their paper

Facts. The only former NOI members I acknowledge as real are Malcolm X and Dr. Khalid Muhammad. They’re the only real ones that died for a cause by the hands of the government.

Great season so far. I wanted to see more of Muhammad Ali rather than that interracial side story. I wish NF picked this up. And we definitely need a Detroit Red/Malcolm X mini series. :unimpressed:
