you know i stuck with the default armor and pommels when you get it fully upgraded its actually the most balanced build in the game. Gets every stat to a respectable level. Gonna try a different set and another playthrough though,

That’s how I beat the game lol. I didn’t pick any other shield. This saved my life in “Give Me God Of War” mode

Tried to hit them with the light and heavy runic attacks before they were even out of the rift

If you getting one shot you need to level up your armor. Time to hit up them sidequest
