Can we just agree that the appeal of GaaS is largely fukking dead in the water at this point?

Sony is trying to fix something that isn't broken. Single player is what gave them such a strong lead last generation.

The math ain’t adding up on those games. They gotta sell like 6 million copies just to break even.

If you can get a gaas that's popping then yeah it's totally worth it. But there's a graveyard of gaas games over the last decade. And some of the ones that are popular today, aren't as popular as they were a year ago. :wow:

A fraction of them succeed, where as almost all of the big SP titles coming out of Sony are hits...

Finish the context

Thanks, good thing about tech jobs is that there’s always another one waiting for you. So i’m good.

Was just trying to give some context. It’s gonna be a bloodbath in tech lay offs this year. All that Gov. money flying around, companies were hiring and expanding like crazy. Now all of that is dried up. Interest rates going up. Economists are expecting a recession. Gonna be a difficult year for lots of people:francis:

These people surely already have new jobs. People are already throwing them jobs on twitter.

Now post you guys actually celebrating layoffs.

 How can they even justify this shyt after all those acquisitions

Cancel that blizzard deal if you broke

Gonna be interesting how much redundancy there will be once they absorb activision/blizzard :sas2:

The bots shouldn't be worried. Nutella and Fib Spencer will still get their executive bonuses for doing nothing.

Its also funny to see how beholden they are to the typical tech industry layoff trends when people on gaming forums brag about warchest.

Crazy :wow:
Holy shyt, its coming full circle :ohhh:

20 pages of this shyt now y’all in here crying.

Sony fukkin stans :wow:
