Didn’t Grant end up a first ballot HOF anyway?
yeah he was first ballot, but large part because of college but he was none the less. he had 3 great years in the league before his ankle went bye bye
Didn’t Grant end up a first ballot HOF anyway?
They werent the facilitator Grant was.
Scottie wasnt a ball to the floor creator like Grant or any of those guys either. Honestly, I love the SF position because it was the one position that is the mixed bag of everything scoring wiseagreed, but grant didn't have a lot of things those guys had so it evened out.
grant wasn't the above the rim like doc, nor did he have bernards and dantleys mid post game. But hell scottie pippen is a better comparison because he did everything grant did except he wasn't the number 1 option
Lol @ hit piece. He has a podcast, it’s just him and a host and occasionally a guest and he gives his prospective on all things hoops.grant hill would've been without a doubt a first ballot HOF and one of the 20 best players ever had he not gotten hurt so I don't get why he cited grant hill for his hit piece.
great offense is always going to beat great defense no matter what.
Grant hill is incredible fukk kind of stupid shyt is this
Miss the point brehsfirst player of his kind? google julius ervin, bernard king, mark agguirre, adrian dantley, nique. there were PLENTY of cats that had similiar games skillsets as grant did decades before he came into the league.
Miss the point brehs
Dr. J was not as advanced as Grant Hill as far as shiftiness and going left to right
Dr. J’s handle was nowhere near Grant’s and his lack of ball handling skill and breakdown moves were exposed in his 1991 1-on-1 game with KAJ
Most of those guys you listed were known for their midpost skills and has very traditional 80’s SF game
It works both ways. MJ n Pip would probably struggle more on defense, but they'd likely be a little more effective at scoring with the relaxed rules and open game.
Jordan AVERAGED 30 points/game for his whole damn career, and he played a good portion of his career in a slower, defensive era.
This what's confusing. Kawhi has been the best perimeter defender for about 5 years now and isn't even an elite athleteKawhi is 6'7'' and doesnt have MJ or Pippen athleticism and be shutting nikkas down
