i thought the game was supposedly the plot for the next film (at the time)?

Because he kept b!tchin, they pitched to him about being a ghost and only having like one scene. They say he liked that one, but not enough to sign off. The other was about the crew being stuck in Hell, and he didn't like at all. I never played the game but I read about it in Wizard...it seems like it had some of the Hell script in it.

if you ever getta chance, play it...they recently remastered/re-released it. both a fantastic game in its own right, and a continuation of the movies.

Everything i've heard about this film is it's nostalgic porn trash for man children who can't leave their childhood behind.
I was going to post something similar. A classic lazy reboot where they just slap together the iconic parts from the original. And kids, why? The whole thing about the OG was they operated like a group of working class plumbers (even though they were scientists).

This is off on a tangent, but I hate how Hollywood expects us to buy into the notion that women like this can fight, be bad ass, and beat up men that are bigger and stronger than them---and none of the 3 women in this picture look like they weight more than 120 lbs. And honestly 120 lbs might be generous of me.

If Hollywood really wants to be about that empowering female life, then they should make some of the women do some powerlifting or crossfit or something to prepare for some of these roles. And yeah, I know they all "know martial arts" but women that actually do MMA and martial arts aren't built like this either.

All 3 of these new Charlie's Angels are built like coat hangers. :dead:
OT I just watched Haywire for the first time. That’s what a female action lead should look like, none of this zero muscle tone Becky the Basher bullshyt

I got all the feels watching this in a good way on the nostalgic trip. It felt like ghostbusters and that ending got me teary eyed. Lil girl looked just like Egon and played the corky nerd girl perfectly. I dont want any young brehs talmbout stranger things when this franchise is their daddy.

i heard there was an end credit after bill one? What was that about??

There is a brief vintage scene of Egon and Janine Melnitz where she gives him her lucky coin from the 1964 World's Fair at Flushing Meadow. This is actually a deleted scene from the original film.

It cuts from Janine handing Egon her lucky coin to her, in the present, looking at it. She’s in the office building of Winston Zeddemore, who has transformed himself in his post-ghostbusting years into a billionaire businessman. The man who began as the blue-collar Ghostbuster is now a one-percenter. Winston explains to Janine that his time with the Ghostbusters convinced him he had the tools and the talent to better himself. Not only did Winston pay many of Egon’s bills but he also didn’t turn the old firehouse headquarters into a Starbucks as Ray said it was. Winston says no matter what he’s achieved since he will always be a Ghostbuster.

We then see Winston arrive at the old Ghostbusters headquarters as the Ecfo-1 finally comes home. (Winston said during the third act that he would take care of the battered, old vehicle.) Winston runs his hand down the car and then walks further into the dilapidated building. The final shot of the movie reveals the Containment Unit in the basement of the firehouse blinking red, an ominous sign that all the psycho-kinetic energy held within it is ready to burst out

Uh no. Bourne looks like he can kick ass too. Should he look like Urkel? No.
There aren’t a bunch of Jason Bourne body types in WWE.

Jackie Chan was never beefy but we knew his skill set.

I live in real life, I don’t really care about fantasy. Charlize Theron is just tall. She’s not muscular, but her acting (and stunt team) makes her seem tougher.
