I’m joining Crunch Fitness today. I’ve been going to the gym but I realize I’m more motivated when I’m doing classes(Zumba, bootcamp, boxing), than on my own. And Blink (current gym) doesn’t have any of that.

I really just need to tone more for the summer.

Swimming is the goat cardio. I’m dead after 30 mins of swimming laps :picard:

This #ADOS bloodline and gym 5-6 days a week and cardio Atleast 3 days got me looking like a Zulu warrior
How old are you? How you work out so much?

I need to get back on that working out all the time regime for real; it’s the only thing that’ll keep me feeling younger as I get older.

And I workout around 4:30-5am in the mornings before work. My work building also has a gym so that helps tremendously. I think morning workouts are the easiest way to get 4-5 days in. Nobody wants to workout at a crowded gym during rush hour (between 4-7pm) , after a long day at work.

Yup, I find this the best way to get workouts especially if you don't want to workout after work or do other things

Anybody wanna develop a chest, do this.

Gotta have space tho.

Get an agility ladder.

Mines has eleven rungs on it.

Place it down, then assume the pushup position, facing the width.

Work your way down the ladder, 6 reps on each rung.
At the other end, work your way back, hitting 5 reps on each rung.
Continued in a likewise manner, until you're down to 1 rep on each rung.

That's 165 push ups going in descended order.
Now hit it, going up, ie start from 1 rep per rung and work back to 6 reps per.

That's 462 reps, and I use to do both regular push ups and diamonds.

Diamonds descending and regs ascending.

Chest lines were deeper than the pimpled buttcrack of a woman with 54 inch hips and cheeks.
:ohhh: think ima try this, my chest hasnt developed in like 3 months of consistent work and its really grating me. How many times a week you recommend this for

I used to exclusively do this on fridays, when I knew I'd be going out later.

Had my chest n arms looking swole for sure.

Another excercise for chest I was impressed with was dog walks.

Take two hex sides dumbells(rounds won't work) and get down into the push up position.
Place sliders under feet, tucked together.

Keeping the back straight, walk forward on the dumbells via the hands, around 2 meters. Then stop, and maintaining form, do ten push ups.

Do this forward and back around 6 times, over a 20 foot space.

Stacks are dope too.
Need two more guys for it tho.

Load a bar up with various plates, equally distributed, no safety clamps.

Knock out ten or twelve reps, then hold it extended and they pull off a weight from either side.
Lightened, knock out more reps, adding two additional for the lightened load.
On and so forth, till you're lifting the bar alone.
And then they add the weight back on, in the same way they took it off.
Cutting down two reps for every addition.

This stuff was all done in combination with the usual flat bench, inclined, decline and rows and raises.

There is no cheat code breh.
