Been working out for the first time since high school(32)


Man I feel good. Just at home

Coffee when I wake up
Bike 20-25 min every day

Either 200 sit ups and 5 sets of planks and 100 push ups

Or an hour of weights or until I’m done son

Then Protein and rice or something, fruit or a yogurt and granola if I’m hungry.

was never fat just completely out of shape

now I’m def tone

Def feel the difference and starting to see it. Just gotta get this last layer of fat out and I’m good


thinking of getting into boxing once I’m complete fit

Im already in decent shape, no fat and i bike everyday, but i do wanna get jacked for the summer and i dont wanna goto a gym. Is it true nikkas can get ripped in they living room just doing pushups and situps? :jbhmm:
