I used to think prequels were a creative way to tell a story, but damn have they been overused.

They literally finished the show the WORST way possible... and that killed any momentum a prequel/sequel/etc would have. Makes me think it was deliberate. They didn't even have to stick the landing perfectly, just land, and they fell off the cliff.

I enjoyed Season 7 and 8 for what they were but the flaws are glaring.

Show could've been the undisputed GOAT with a half thought out Season 7 and 8.

Tyrion was a prisoner yet he got to pretty much run the show. The north gets to be independent…why exactly? There’s so many more too. Some corny marvel type humor thrown in. It was so bad.

In one breath people will vilify (men) for "over sexualizing" the female form, and in the next say they were being "exploited" because a film/show calls for them to flash some titty meat. Even worse when you think about how long it would've taken that little council to get to Kings Landings.
Grey Worm had the entire continent and just waited until the white people showed up to hand it over to them.
