Can we talk about the writers actually guessed the correct parentage of Jon and Martin just hit’em with a and they got the green light
-Grey Worm was the leader of the army that literally just crushed the buildings, took the throne & he gives no fukks about their politics. Westeros wanted no smoke.Jon Snow getting sent to the wall, by fukking Grey Worm, who ain't shyt in Westeros.
....Grey Worm essentially let the man that killed his queen walk scot free....
-In the Top 5 of dumbest shyt. Jon should've been flatlined within seconds of that body being found. No Unsullied would've let that shyt slide.....Grey Worm was killing Lannisters left and right but then decided not to kill Jon for some reason....
-This made perfect sense. Grey Worm didn't give a fukk about Westeros or the throne. He sailed off to go free more Black people from slavery & honor his wifey....Grey Worm had the entire continent and just waited until the white people showed up to hand it over to them....

The fact that GRRM had this as an outcome is hilarious to me.that whole episode legendary just for how disrespectful the writers were. Grey Worm was killing Lannisters left and right but then decided not to kill Jon for some reason. Tyrion was a prisoner yet he got to pretty much run the show. The north gets to be independent…why exactly? There’s so many more too. Some corny marvel type humor thrown in. It was so bad.
Ain't no way that was his outcome. The fact that GRRM had this as an outcome is hilarious to me.
Really wanna see the notes he gave them

They ignored his outline. He literally says they were ignoring his template after season 4. So there are somehe gave them bullet points of what was supposed to be. Was their job to fill in the details. Obviously, they didn't deliver.
Which I would have been ok with lolHe probably told them Dany burns down Westeros, Jon ends up at the wall all that other shyt they probably just made up over lunch one day.
They ignored his outline. He literally says they were ignoring his template after season 4. So there are some
broad end game points that will be similar but a lot of things necessarily will be drastically different. One of the obvious examples Arya and the Night King, as no Night King exists in the books, and Arya won’t have any connection to that storyline. Another obvious one is Tyrion.
Book Tyrion and Show Tyrion are completely different characters past season 4. There is no way in hell his book plot will be anything like what the show did with him. GRRM sees Tyrion as a villain. D&D saw him as their fan favorite good guy that can do no wrong.
It’s partially why almost nothing Tyrion does past season 4 makes sense. They are completely ignoring the template for him and making up an entire new story for him.
Just wait untill you discover MalazanYeah, it would be nice to have the last 2 books, he is a very talented writer for the genre, imo, but i just don't give a fukk anymore. It was my most anticipated book for a long time, but now it's been replaced by at least 10 more series I want the next books in;
KingKiller Chronicles
The Last King of Osten Ard
The Blacktongue Theif
Future Ryaria books
Future Joe Abercrombie Trilogy
Future Wayne & Wax books
Stormlight Archive
The Five Warrior Angels books
Future Cycle of Galand books (Dante & Blays)
The Gentleman b*stards
And the best part is that other than Rothruss, all the authors actually believe that they owe it to the fans to finish out stories. To anybody in here that really liked Song of Ice and Fire, please go read Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn by Tad Williams. He is easily my favorite Epic Fantasy author.
I’m not doing it, lol, I know a lot of people swear by it, but after WoT, I don’t really want to get into another series quite that long. I’m having enough issues finding the time to finish off The Black Company, and I’m not even finished it yet, been chipping away for a couple months now while consuming different series at the same time. Right now I’m on The Broken Empire, about 60% done the last book, and then I’m gonna go to the next Mark Lawrence trilogy. I have the 1st book of Malazan, I started it, and it’s a lot already to follow. I have real issues with reading comprehension, have to read or listen to something a few times sometimes because my brain likes to bounce around sometimes, lol.Just wait untill you discover Malazan
