LOL
with all due respect, i dont know that man or his game
Spoilers: it’s about games, always has been.
Xbox’s lackluster performance the
Past year is due to not releasing big games.
It’s not complicated. Gamepass is not enough and once it does get big games the structure will begin to change with it
The only reason their goals arent the same as Sony or Nintendo anymore...............is because they been failing for for 4ish generations in trying to compete with them. Now moving to their final goal with Gamepass....is failing too.Yall keep talking about sales this and that, and like you said at one point MS leaned into that. Now, not so much so, their goal is not the same as sonys or nintendos now. They can afford to lose money if it makes them more money or strengthen their brand in the long run. You think that MS would have done day and date games on PC and console if they did have a larger goal?
Moving console hardware while very important currently isn’t the end all be all for MS, they still have at least a year or 3 of really rocky waters when it comes to balancing sub pricing, hardware and software options, functionality and “play anywhere”
It's not making them more money, especially when it comes to the bigger games they release on Gamepass. If Starfield is on gamepass, that's tens to hundreds of millions of dollars lost. You can harp all you want about MS having a shyt load of money, it's only so long the bigger arm of MS, that's funding all that, will keep flushing money down the drain. They can afford to lose money if it makes them more money or strengthen their brand in the long run. Branding isnt working
funny because y'all talk about everything but games, until it's a talking point. Don't say it's about games, say it's about exclusive games.
its not about games with y'all really it's about hype.
And this is where y'all flip flop all the time, is it about big first party exclusive or just big exclusives? Is it still an exclusive on PC because if not... Y'all just say whatever to try and make a point.Yea it’s about big exclusives. Why did y’all talk about gamepass being better than PlayStation Plus if not for day 1 exclusives?
Y’all can try and skirt around the issue all you want. Console makers build branding around exclusives, always have, whether it’s first or 3rd party.
Xbox and it’s Stan’s will continue to flounder until you face the truth. Even Phil acknowledges they need GAMES
And this is where y'all flip flop all the time, is it about big first party exclusive or just big exclusives?
sorry misquoted you and can’t undo it ( )(You goofys take the one scenario where it doesn’t make sense and try to apply that to the entire thing.
“Everything is fine because MS is a trillion dollar company “The fact that yall just ignore that MS is the big dog in the room of the 3 is hilarious. When yall start talking about numbers this and numbers that and how MS is losing. I just have to laugh, it’s like laughing at the billionaire that’s been casually playing poker with millionaires. The millionaire knows a lot of the tells of the others at the table but he’s still just a millionaire. While they are playing the game with the same rules, they
aren’t playing with the same cares, concerns constrictions, metrics or numbers.

What yall are concerned about changes with the wind. One month it’s games, the next it’s devs, the next it’s sales, the next its review scores, the next its game preservations, the next is price, the next it’s the consolidation of the industry…rinse and repeat.

Did this breh really just type out the wordiest version of "But I'm getting more money than you though," ever?
fukk it, breh, let's see what your version of "Im still getting bytches, though," is looking like. I'm legit intrigued.
sorry misquoted you and can’t undo it ( )
“Everything is fine because MS is a trillion dollar company “
“Girl, I guess…?” But them being a trillion dollar company doesn’t automatically make their trash ass games catalog appealing to me.

"Gamers really don't understand how the videogame industry work"
I also find it funny how they can acknowledge microsoft eclipses sony and nintendo in size and will sit here tomorrow and juelz about the regulators not letting them spend 100 billion dollars to buy the industry
Imagine being a rich breh complaining about not being able to buy p*ssy.
