Everyone had their own theory about that, but from what I remember...that was the more popular theory. I remember Theon thinking it was about him. Melisandre/Stanis thinking it was about Stanis.

I don't know what people were expecting from this season finale. Unlike other shows on tv, at this point in got you should expect episode 9 to be where things come to a head, not episode 10. yeah, seasons 1 and 2 finales left us with more of a cliffhanger, but considering that this and next season is based on a single book, I'm not sure what more they could have done. It seems that episode 10 in this series more or less deals with the fallout from episode 9, and setting up where things are gonna go next season which I think they accomplished. Were people expecting them to outdo last weeks red wedding or something?
