bruh...it's a game. it's a game of thrones & tywin is obviously the best at it.

robb wasn't built for it. he was a great soldier...not a great leader/decision-maker/player of the game

He was a good field general. Just didn't pay attention to the politicking, just like his father.

He wasn't a great strategist like triple OG Tywin.

Tywin was a non-combatant until the last minute, Robert's rebellion was started on the injustice the Mad King and his son (implied) inflicted on him and several houses on some bullshyt.

It's not a good look for Robert's cause and totally unnecessary to attack a house he had no beef with.

maybe so but he shouldnt have given him so much power either. nikka married his daughter, kept his son on the kingsguard, even had lannisters squiring for him. as soon as tywin showed up late and then massacred the targaryen children, robert shoulda thrown that nikka aside like ned said.

she let Jaime go, none of this shyt would have happend if she didn't do that dumb shyt

as long as they had him she didn't have to worry about the safety of her daughters

robb only fukked by sending Theon, trusting him like a brother
and killing karstark, fukk frey and his ugly ass daughters

But if he went ahead and took her advice and married one of the frey girls he would have still had Frey's backing and army. So, even with the loss of Jaime which pissed off the karstarks, his army would have still been :ehh:

And he should took her advice and let Karstark go or held him as a captive and possibly kept the karstarks in line and with him.

first off, she jumped the gun with Tyrion, when he even tried to point how obvious it was he had been set up

when she let jaime go thats when shyt started to go down hell for them
that caused the friction in the camp, and was dumb.

This is the man who crippled Bran's style, and you letting him go:dwillhuh:
that shyt should have never been an option

Tywin don't listen to his kids anyway, even if Jaime made it back smooth and was down for Sansa been sent home, Tywin wouldn't give Sansa back, and they would have no leverage to make him since they no longer had a hostage. shyt was dumb as fukk

This a quote from Forbes.com that sums up Robb's predicament perfectly:

. Ned Stark’s tragic flaw was his honor: he was too noble and too stern in his belief system to play the titular game of thrones. Cersei told him as much, but he wouldn’t listen (to her or anyone else.) I’m not sure if he was a fool and believed his enemies to be more honorable than they were, or if he just couldn’t stoop to her level. Whatever the case, it cost him his head. Robb isn’t quite the same man. He’ll break a vow, for instance—something his father would never have done. Robb’s betrayal of Lord Walder Frey was done for passion. “You say you betrayed me for love,” the Frey patriarch intones, “I say you did it for….” Well, I’ll paraphrase: A pretty face.
Robb is proud but not prideful. He’s honorable, but not ruled by his honor. He’s a smart warlord, but makes too many mistakes. Most importantly, he’s young.
Is that a tragic flaw? To be young and ruled by lust and romance and short-sightedness? It seems a minor sort of flaw compared to the sins of King Joffrey or the stubborness of Stannis Baratheon or the lechery and mismanagement of King Robert.

At the end of the day, Robb was a great tactician but a poor strategist.

Going with the evidence she had at THE time she made that play and snatched up Tyrion. It wasnt until after the fact that Tyrion let her know what was really going on and by that time she ALREADY took the nikka. Couldnt turn back then.

And we talking about one man in Jaime versus Frey's army and the Karstarks possibly still riding with Robb. They're already at War with the Lannister army so of course a mother is gon try and do an "Equal" trade to get her daughters back.

what would karstarks had done at the red wedding?
Walder is a damn snake, he might have turned on Robb even if he was married if he thought he was going to lose. He's a sworn tully banner man but he was holding out on supporting his people and even letting them cross the bridge unless the king marries his daughter? :smh: that's ignorance
Was Robb dead wrong for getting with ole girl while he was still sworn to walders daughter yes of course but he sacrificed his honor for his girls.... But he's a freaking teenager they're prone to stupid acts.
As a general and strategist he was besting tywin at every battle, he lost in the bedroom from marrying that girl and politically for screwing walder.

If he had the karstarks he wouldnt have had to beg Frey for forgivness and agree to marry edmure. He coulda just took his army and marched on Casterly Rock
