He's saying the same spy who reported to Otto about Rhae and Daemon in the whorehouse was the same spy shown later in that episode giving coin to Mysaria when Daemon wakes up the morning after. He's saying that the spy reported to both Otto and the White Worm.

She is not in the way of Aegon usurping the throne. You logic really doesn't make sense. Mysaria works for herself, not Daemon.

Why did Daemon's first wife Rhea kill herself? Daemon wasn't going to commit to the C-section.
When Varys has his dad and brother killed, why is Otto reinstated as Hand? Isn't there some other smart motherfukker Viserys could've picked other than the previous Hand that he saw as conniving and untrustworthy?
Why wouldn't this chick off the whole family and spare Westeros a civil war? You could even ignore this dilemma by just having her escape with no contact.

Damon's first wife, Rhea, died when she fell off her horse and he finished her off with a rock. His second wife, Laena, killed herself because she was going to die anyway. A stuck child is a death sentence, C-section or no. She wanted to go out on her own terms, instead of being cut open or from her fetus dying in her womb.

*Larys offed his family. Otto was reinstated because Alicent wrote a letter for her dad to come back to King's Landing on Larys suggestion. Vizzy was probably pressured by Alicent to make Otto the hand again. Otto has a lot of experience and Vizzy used to trust his judgement. With Rhaenyra bailing to Dragon Stone, he no longer had her in his ear to keep him from succumbing to Alicents influence.

Yeah, the scene with Rhaenys not dracarysing the whole green squad was dumb in my opinion. Don't pull that thang out, unless you plan to bang.

This is a question that is brought up in the books as well. Vis considers several hands, including Rhaenyra, but he decides against Rhaenyra because it would mean bringing the kids back to court, and all the drama that came with them being there. So the answer given for why Viserys chose to bring back Otto is "familiarity". At this point, Vis was getting older and sicker, and didn't want to deal with someone he didn't know.

Even in the show this kind of seems like what Vis wants by episode 7, considering he also offered to bring Daemon back to court and put him on the small council, despite Daemon being the cause of so many problems in the past. Familiarity in his old and forgetful age and Alicent being in his ear about it probably convinced him to just go with what he knew.
