which is why I’m surprised rhae and especially daemon settled for this plan…if for any reason he decides to pop back up that opens up a whole fukking can of worms…there was no incentive to keep him alive unless maybe the writers are trying to convey rhae cared for him enough not to kill him or as I speculated in another thread maybe the writers didn’t want to kill off too many gay characters

It's simple. Killing him would have portrayed Rhae and Daemon as evil beyond redemption and they simply are not. They have both done some cutthroat things but they are not pure unfettered evil.

There's a few of dark haired/Brown hair targaryens throughout history. Jon isn't the first one that gets the dominant genes from his mothers side. In the books Jon has Black hair/purple eyes but the TV show ditched the colored eyes for him and daenarys

Nah, I think "the seed is strong" was only meant for baratheons. Robert had like 16 b*stard kids , ALL of them black hair. But joffrey,tommen and Marcella had blonde? Which made ned and jon arryn suspicious

There was another line in the books that goes "the gold always yields before the coal" meaning baratheon genes are always stronger than the Lannister's

Jon doesn't have purple eyes. That would've been a dead giveaway to who he was.
