This is really good. Deft, nuanced, layered portrayal of Atlanta (and American), and what it means for all of it's residents, up and down the socioeconomic ladder. Funny, brutally, painfully violent, realistic, not pandering or mocking the culture, authentic and down to earth, in it's snapshot of life in county jail, a comedic, yet scathing critique of the system, very much a subdued version of what was seen in 'The Night Of'. Donald Glover, in a measured performance, provides subtle humor and touches to his character, and the supporting cast is great.
