She's claiming he isn't suing them; however Tim and Dee are saying she wants the rights to the video. There is also no public record of the lawsuit, so who knows?

Same thing, she not suing them because obviously they made her rich, what damages could she prove?
But trying to take the ownership of the video basically the same thing, taking away all the income they have earned or could potentially earn off the video.

She's already trademarked the use of Hawk Tuah. She uses it exclusively on her merch. The entire world knows she's the one that coined the phrase. There isn't much more money for Tim and Dee to make off that video. It's at 8.2 million views, and I doubt it's going much higher. She needs to stop wasting everyone's time and make an offer.
